Monsters Of The Forgotten Sagas part 1

As a part of my now-completed 2+ year campaign Forgotten Sagas of the 13th Age I created a large number of custom monsters. Here, I share 24 of them from the first part of the campaign. Making this unique is that I have documented my thoughts on the designs, adding context for the creatures explaining why I created them the way I did, what I could have done better, and giving an insight into the design process from someone who has created hundreds of monsters for 13th Age and run hundreds of hours of sessions.
