The Raven's Nest
The Raven's Nest is a setting-neutral fortress locale suitable as a home base for players to adventure from. It can be dropped into almost any setting, including the Dragon Empire. Included in the document is a history of the fortress, the current status and owners, a number of key NPCs, and 2 pages of plot hooks/rumors to kickstart some adventures.
